If you are reporting a bug or a crash, please be as precise as possible. Describe the exact steps needed to reproduce the error.

Please include the version of the app and the version of your operating system. All macOS apps have an About dialog that shows the app version. If you're on the latest version of both, you can skip this.

A picture is worth a thousand words. Screenshots make it much easier to understand a problem - please attach one if it helps. On macOS, you can use QuickTime to record your screen.

If one of my macOS apps has crashed, macOS creates a crash report automatically. Open the Console app, click Crash Reports in the sidebar, find the report for my app, and select "Show in Finder". Please attach this file to your support request.
